This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They sent me a faulty item and then asked for a refund. When I returned the product, they claimed I sent the wrong item, which is just plain lying. Thankfully, I recorded a video of the product, and I suggest you do the same because this company is a total rip-off. Seriously, don't trust these folks if you don't want to be let down. Consider this a warning. Stay away from iParts4U.

Absolutely terrible service. The battery I got for my iPhone didn’t work at all and wouldn’t charge. I ended up getting a replacement from another seller, and it works perfectly. Clearly, the battery from iparts4U was the issue. Even after I shared the details and voltage tests, they didn’t provide any real help, and I found it nearly impossible to return the item, despite making calls and following their return process. Their return policy feels like a wall against sending back a defective battery. I had used iparts4U before, but I will NEVER go back.

Fantastic company! I was on the hunt for a Samsung Galaxy A50 battery to have as a spare when my original one (which is 3 years old) starts acting up. They didn’t have it in stock, so I requested them to drop me an email when they had it available again. To my surprise, after a few weeks, they actually did! I placed my order and paid right away, and just 2 days later, it arrived, all nicely packaged. I’m really happy with this company. A few months back, I picked up a brand new A52s 5G, and since that phone's been out for over 2 years, I might just think about snagging a battery for it soon.

Everything's been going well so far. Sure, you might find cheaper replacement batteries in other places, but they don't always perform as expected. I picked up a couple of replacement batteries for my iPhones, and they’re charging up to full capacity and keeping the charge like champs.

When I got the battery, it wasn't the right voltage. I had to reach out to iparts4u for clarification, and they suggested I install and charge it before securing it with glue. That was a bit tricky, but I managed to get it all set up and charged in the end. Thankfully, the battery seems to be working fine. It would be better if iParts4u checked the battery before shipping it out; that wouldn't break the bank. Also, I had to buy a separate seal for the phone and wait for it to arrive before I could swap out the battery. If you're changing the battery, you'll definitely need a new seal at the same time. The extra expense isn't too much, and I would still have gone for the battery 'kit' that includes the seal.
